Thermal-hydraulics and reactor safety; two-phase flow experimentation and modeling; interfacial structure characterization; thermal hydraulics in advanced high-temperature reactors (gas cooled, fluoride salt cooled, or liquid metal cooled), and high-temperature compact heat exchangers.
